Jen Kisby

Jen has a Certificate IV in Yoga Teaching, and has completed a 20hr workshop in Trauma Sensitive Yoga with the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at Justice Resource Institute. She aims to provide informed guidance and inspiration sharing yoga, whilst cultivating and ensuring a judgement-free and loving space. By teaching with humour and humility, her classes and flows help people experience the gifts of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-understanding - ultimately opening pathways to feeling empowered and joyful in everyday life.
 

Jen teaches slow flow, Hatha and vinyasa style classes, and includes meditation and breathwork.
