Justine is a qualified 800 hour YTT yoga teacher through Byron Yoga Centre and an English teacher by profession. Back in 2013 while living in Bangkok, a friend challenged Justine to a 30 day yoga challenge. That challenge sparked a transformation in her, and a lifelong love of yoga and desire to continue learning and exploring everything she could. She thrives on creating a space that feels empowering, playful, and creative to allow her students to find balance and space within their physical and mental bodies. She hopes for everyone to find sthira and sukha (steadiness and ease), that yoga has given her.
