Aradhana is a certified trainer of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and meditation techniques from The Yoga School of India. She learnt not only Yoga Asanas but also the essential teachings of Sage Patanjali. Aradhana believes that everyone can develop awareness and confidence through practising yoga. Her ultimate goal is to transform and inspire the lives of people around her both mentally and physically.
In her classes, she incorporates aspects of Ashtanga Yoga with proper breathing techniques. She also teaches the Yoga Wheel Flow classes which works on the back and core muscles, as well as Yin Yoga.
Aradhana teaches Vinyasa, Yoga Wheel, Yin Yoga and Beginners Vinyasa classes at The Yoga Place Melbourne.
