Denvinl started her yoga teacher training in Power Vinyasa with the intention of getting to know her body better, and understand the practice a lot more. She used to think the most challenging part of yoga is about achieving difficult poses and being very flexible. Now, for her, yoga is more about exploring the ability to be in the present moment, a lifelong practice. She has grown to feel more in tune with her breath and body, even when things become uncomfortable at times. She loves to share her practice with others; her hope is that everyone will leave the mat feeling at peace with things and become a little more resilient each day.
