As a Yoga student for many years, Yvette knows just how beneficial a regular Yoga practice can be - not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
When she began practicing Yoga, she was working in the corporate sector and the parent of young children. She found that the physicality of a strong Yoga class was just what her body needed after long hours of sitting in front of a computer screen or racing around with her family. Yoga and meditation also allowed her to unwind and mentally relax, which improved the quality of her sleep --- that changed everything for her! She particularly want to share the benefits of Yoga with the younger and older members of the community, for whom there are limited Yoga class options.
So when an opportunity arose a few years ago to change her career, it didn't take her long to decide what to do. She began her Yoga teaching journey with the aim of bringing that same sense of wellbeing and relaxation to others.
