Anne discovered what yoga could do for her mind and body after an Iyengar class many years ago and she hasn't looked back since. She enjoys teaching a strong and dynamic flow, often incorporating challenges in the form of an arm balance in her classes. On the flip side, you'll also find her embracing the more softer forms of yoga in her yin practise and teaching.
Anne is mindful to present options and variations to allow students to work on what they need to, at the time, to progress their own practice. In Anne's classes, you will learn various drills and the technique required to improve your yoga practice with her in depth breakdown and adjustments of poses. With her skills as a personal trainer, Anne incorporates her knowledge of movement kinesiology to bring a strength and mobility element to her teaching.
She believes that even though a teacher, she will always still be a student in yoga and enjoys sharing her passion of yoga to others, as well as attending classes herself to get into the headspace of a being student.
