Nicole completed her transformative 500 hour teacher training at Moksha Academy of Yoga and a Yogic Psychology course in a traditional Indian ashram in India. She began a regular yoga practise when she was undergoing some challenging and novel life transitions. Her yoga mat provided her a familiar sanctuary she could return home to each day, a place to find clarity and inspiration, despite life’s challenges. Nicole’s classes are uplifting and empowering, yet humble and nurturing. She creatively marries vinyasa style flows with ambient music and breathing practises to create a movement meditation style practise, connecting students deeper with all aspects of themselves. She
interweaves aspects of yogic philosophy and positive psychology into each class to motivate students to take the teachings of yoga off their mat and into their daily lives.
