Eric discovered yoga when he was in high school. Almost two decades of yoga practice, Eric has also dabbled into circus arts, calisthenics, and specialising in hand balancing. After high school, Eric was working as a scuba diving assistant instructor, as well as becoming a group fitness instructor. Eric is very passionate at sharing what he loves. Yoga, circus arts, and calisthenics training has given Eric the knowledge guiding students to having better body awareness and sustainable physical practice.
