San San is a passionate and nurturing Pilates instructor and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. She is currently undertaking the Certificate 4 level in advanced Pilates. Previously an engineer and now a mother to two young kids, her slogan in life is “ Stay Strong, Stay Positive”. Her Pilates routine is dynamic and motivated and she combines Yoga stretch poses to complement the Pilates exercise. She believes a good Pilates alignment and postures can help ease lower back issues. In her Shape Up Pilates classes, she focuses on gluteus activation and core muscle engagement to strengthen the abdominal area.
