I’M NEW TO YOGA, WHAT CLASS SHOULD I ATTEND?

Most of our classes are all-level classes, however we do recommend signing up for a class designed specifically for beginners for your first foray into yoga. You can try the slow flow and yin classes as your first yoga class. Just let our teachers know it's your first yoga class or that you are a beginner!

WHAT KIND OF YOGA AND PILATES DO YOU OFFER?

Our studio offers yoga as well as pilates. Our yoga classes focuses on vinyasa, slow flow, yin yoga, beginner vinyasa as well as prenatal yoga classes.  Our pilates classes are mat pilates and aim to tone the core muscles. We also offer yogalates which is a combination of pilates and yoga (either vinyasa or slow flow) in the same class. Anyone who practices yoga can attest to its benefits. But science is finally proving what yogis have known all along .... yoga is good for you!!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Yourself, and a willingness to learn! We provide mats and props free of charge, as well as unlimited distilled water.

WHAT DO I WEAR & DO YOU HAVE SHOWER FACILITIES?

Wear something that will allow you a full range of motion. A T-shirt with leggings or shorts is all you need. We provide cubbies for your extra things like socks, shoes, and bags.

We do not have showers but we do have 2 unisex bathrooms for your use, as well as changing areas.

HOW DO I GET TO THE STUDIO & IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE STUDIO?

We are in the free tram zone right next to Queen Victoria Market. Stop right outside the studio on tram 57,55,58, or 5min walk from Elizabeth Street & Swanston Street tram stops!

Yes, there are a few 1 hour free parking spots across the studio on Peel Street, and plentiful 1-4 hrs parking spots, around $1.70 an hr.  All Street Parking are Free on Sundays!

There are several spots to park and lock your bicycles next to the studio too.
