Maureen fell in love with yoga after a spiritual course in self awareness. During this course she found out that yin yoga helps to process thoughts and emotions stuck in our mind and body. She completed the Johan Noordeloos 200hr Yin Yoga training in Amsterdam.
After a fulltime job behind a desk she decided to combine her life in the office with giving yoga classes. She has taught groups and individuals with physical problems. In the last years she became more and more passionate about yoga and her dream is to introduce yoga to the younger generation and to make them more aware of the importance of a good connection between mind and body.
For Maureen yoga means giving attention and kindness to your mind, body and spirit.
