Nina began her yoga journey in 2008 in Portland, Oregon where she received her 200 RYT in 2016. Nina’s classes flow with love and authenticity. She holds a non-judgmental space and teaches with compassion. She guides her students through breath and movement. Nina has studied yogic philosophy and meditation through her 800 YTT in Melbourne. She incorporates these principles into her teaching. She encourages her students to explore themselves through mindfulness and breath. She inspires growth of the physical and spiritual self. Nina believes that everyone deserves to connect with themselves through yoga.
